This is for Geoff and Tyler

Mushrooms on toast. For those who like mushrooms.

1 package sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. whipping cream
1 tbsp butter
2 slices toast. I assume you know how to make toast


Put a frying pan on medium heat. Heat it up for ten minutes. Put the butter in it, and if the butter sizzles but doesn't turn black and catch fire, it's ready. Take the mushrooms out of the package, and put them in. Cook them, stirring, until they've gone limp and soft-looking, but not until they've caught fire. Add the cream and cook for about a minute. You just want all the juices to combine. Put the toast on a plate, and pour the mushrooms on top. Put salt and pepper on. Eat.
